There are appliances which can be fabricated for you to prevent mouth breathing..... but the best approach will be to first find out the cause of mouth breathing for you..... please visit an ENT specialist to rule out any obstructive breathing pattern which is hindering your normal nasal breathing.... Regards.....

Do you suffer from respiratory problem? Depending on your age ot could be sleep apnea as well in which you might stop breathing at night subconsciously and so your mouth opens up to breath. There are devices to help with that se well. Consult a dentist regarding this. Hope this helps.
