I'm tapering off Clonazepam after being on it for two years, I plan to completely wean off in two months. Two weeks in the taper, I can't get any sleep at all. What should I do to get some sleep?

Kindly review back with your treating psychiatrist and they’ll accordingly explain you sleep hygiene techniques and make a plan of action on how to taper down clonazepam and if need be add another med for sleep like Z group, melatonin, quetiapine, mirtazapine
