Sleep snoring, tired legs, sleepy days
I am 29yr old, i feel sleepy whole day in office and most of time in office, even if i sleep night for around 5-6 hours, my eyes looks puffy and always feel tired legs..,and few days back also i have felt mild chest pain as if pin punch, i had consulted a doctor and he had done ECG test, and suggested me everything is fine. pls suggest me whats the remedy?

Hi Kindly get a complete blood count done since it could be anemia (reduced heamoglobin) Also, make sure you are maintaining a healthy lifestyle.
