I am 18 years old and I look like I'm a 14 year old. I am very skinny and whatever I do I just don't gain weight. I last checked my weight a few months back and it was 39kgs. My height is 5'3". I look like I'm malnourished. Because of all this, I have severe anxiety because I keep thinking how awkward I look. This has caused me to miss several occassions and events because I just can't deal with people who ask me if I'm on a crash diet or am I anorexic. This doesn't run in my family, I am the only one. I don't want to get fat, I just want to gain some body mass so that I look presentable. Please suggest me something. Some medicine, diet or anything!

Some person borne with same physique but you can change it by eating some selective foods like soya products daily, cabbage and cauliflower for 15 days regular in aform of soup, parantha and veg with this add milk, coconut waterand pineapple too.
