I'm having skin tags all over my neck region and on the face too. I have consulted a homeopathic doctor but the results were all in vain.

Get a Cautery done by a dermatologist as it doesn't respond to any other treatment. Loose weight if you are overweight. If it is genetic then there are chances of recurrences.
