I have little skin tags inside my vagina and I’m really worried I have only had sex with one person but really don’t want to go doctors to shy

You need to get yourself example by a gynecologist or a venereologist to know exactly what it is ...if you have burning or pricking type of sensation it could be viral infection also which you are probably confusing as skin tags
