  4. Skin surgery. Does it let me become fat?

My dr did me a small surgery last week on my skin (it was like an acne on my chest) so he wants me to do next week a injection of triacort 40 to prevent cheloïde cicatrices so i want to ask does it effective?and also does it let me become fat ? Thank you.
