I have skin rashes in between legs .sometimes it appears and it be cured by using simple cream. but this time rashes are red itchy type and i used 4-5 types of cream but no result as well took some tablets but no result

Rashes between the legs cd indicate tinea cruris , you should get it treated thoroughly from a genuine skin specialist. Over the counter medication shd never be tried. There are a lot of patients who come with the previous use of steroid creams which give a temporary relief but actually make the condition worse
Plz see a SKIN specialist , to completely cure the same
