It looks like you could be suffering from maculopapular rash. It is seen commonly associated with fever and throat infections. The condition will subside as the fever and infection comes down. You will have to consult a physician for the fever and running nose. Consult a dermatologist for the rashes. He will probably prescribe calamine lotion and antihistamines if there is itching
