Skin rash on back and shoulders itches

Asked for Male, 28 Years

I have this skin rash off and on since 2004 I have went to doctor and got some 6 pills told me to drink with orange juice and get a nice sweat. It went away for awhile came back and I went and they gave me a shot it went away for a while, but it always seems to come back scratching it makes it feel good even touching my back makes it feel good
