Hi Sir/Madam,
My1and 1/2month Son, I saw at his neck white and skin tone dot's and even red rashes .I am worried due to Lock down no doctor available at our area. Please suggest me what I have to do. Or it will disappear without using any remedies. I have attached you his snape at attachment .
Kindly suggest me what I have to do. I would be very much thankful to you.
