Skin is very oily, skin tan, dark circles, shoooo many pimples, few of the pimples are painful, everyday a new pimple. Forehead full of spots and pimples and tan.

Hi
You seem to be having severe acne and acne associated scarring. When acne is associated with scarring it is considered severe acne. It is usually treated with oral antibiotics and / retinoids in combination with salicylic acid face wash. The treatment may take up to 6 months for long lasting relief. The scars may need additional treatment such as laser. Please meet a dermatologist at the earliest opportunity as waiting longer can cause more scars
