Skin problem is the expression of blood impurities. However the intensity and frequency of expression depends on the qunatity of vitiated doshas. Which in turn depends on causative factors and their strength. Sometimes  history of acidity, repeated medication, food poisoning, liver problems also cause and enhance this condition. A mildest push to an oil container filled upto edge is sufficient to spill out the oil. Same way a sinmple sun exposer is causing this effect. "A complete and repeatative detoxification" is needed along with internal medication. But dont forget to ask your consultant about the mistakes in routine life that causing n enhancing this problem. And do please avoid them.
Next Steps
for time being, a daily body massage with a medicated coconut oil made by boiling coconut oil with avala decoction, will help her upto some extent.
