Skin problem
My skin is dry.With the starting of winters i got dry & rough spots on my face & now have turned into white spots that are very light & are hardly noticeable and visible? Is it due to winter dryness & is temporary or something serious?

What you describe sounds like pityriasis Alba. It is a common skin disorder and easily treatable. However fungal infection or photoallergic rash need to be ruled out.
