Skin problem in body

Asked for Male, 53 Years

Rashes around waist ( belt area ), Used anti fungus cream & turned from red to black but itchy now. Also have rashes on legs below knee ( itchy ) & hair growth in that area has reduced. Coconut oil does not help either. Shd I check blood sugar again which was normal 6 months back. Looks like spreading now to nearby genteel area.
