Skin problem
I got some black marks on my face around the lips. They usually happen during winter season. I have consulted some dermatologists but the medicines and lotions which i prescribed only had a temporary effect. What should i do about this to remove it permanently.

Whàt you have described is called as peri oral dermatitis. The cause is saliva. If you stop lip smaking / stop trying to keep your dry lips wet by repeatedly touching it with tongue then your condition will improve. Use a good lip balm repeatedly. For prescription medicines i will need your photographs.
