As of now you can use oil control facewash like Cetaphil cleansing lotion and an oilfree sunscreen like Photostabelle by Sun Pharma till you consult your Dermatologist. Well facial fat can be reduced by various no surgical method like ultrasonic, cool sculpting etc. Find a good Cosmetic Dermatologist/ Dermatosurgeon and get a detailed work up done.
