Hi my friend is having a lot of dry scalp, one doctor said its psoriasis and the other one said its not.. He is having pimples also on face and back now

Greetings. I really cannot comment whether or not your friend has psoriasis without examining him. The pimple problem on the face and back may not be related to psoriasis. Extensive acne may warrant the use of short course of oral antibiotics or even oral retinoids. See a qualified dermatologist near you. Further queries may be sent on follow up messaging.
