Hi,
My daughter is 9 month old.
Her skin is fair above the vest and below the vest her skin is dark.
Is there any problem in her skin due to which my daughter skin tone is different?

Hello there.
It cannot be said whether it's normal or not without seeing the actual lesion.
Repost the question with a picture or consult a dermatologist in person.
