Skin texture/ pigmentation depends on lot of factors like hormonal changes / sun exposure. So if you use good products prescribed by a dermatologist then your skin can be improved and then maintained. But no one can give you guaranteed permanent results as hormones play a role in females. Also if you go in sun then due to uv rays skin can get tanned and pigmented. So your first target should be improving the skin and then second target should be maintaining it. Along with creams peels/ laser can be done for better results.
Next Steps
Consult a dermatologist. After examining your skin he can guide you which product is suitable for your skin. Don’t take suggestion from some unqualified person and don’t use hydroquinone based products.
Health Tips
Start using a good sunscreen. Don’t change products once they suit you.
