Skin irritation after waxing in underarm

I got an irritated skin after waxing. I'm assuming that my skin has come out because of several trials. Please help me out to understand the issue better and cure. There was severe pain due to this that time used icepack and applied aloveera gel to get some relief. Today the infected area is like this and I'm having pain in every movement of my hands. What should I apply on this infected area as an ointment since its there on armpit area so during this summers time it's also irritated whenever my hands are coming in contact of clothes or anything applied on the same. Age-24 years. Female.
