Skin Inflammation and pus formation

Asked for Male, 23 Years

I,ve been having an skin inflammation and pus formation on my toes of right leg and is spreading day by day. Sometimes swelling takes place. I have used Flukort and zimig cream, for sometimes it was better but now its same. Is it Eczema or something different?
