  4. Skin infection on penis. Helpful.

Skin infection on penis
I have skin infection on the outer portion of the penis . The skin become dry and hard and the diameter of the penis decrease at the top portion due to shrinkage of the skin and this shrinkage leads to crack in skin of penis. This is second time in last one year. Now ot from last 3-4 days. Please suggest helpful.
