In my hand there is some infection In fingers only In fingers having cuts nd bleeding nd pain nd swelling also Ointment nd taking tablets but there is no improvement

From your pics, it looks like palmar psoriasis. Please visit a qualified dermatologist for proper diagnosis and treatment. Skin biopsy can be done for confirmation of diagnosis and various treatment options are available to treat psoriasis. Don't worry it will be controlled.
