Skin infection

I am having skin allergy/infection in my both legs and one feet, I am diabetic patient for last 12 years. Recently I had tried lchf diet from April 2020 to April 2021 for diebetic treatment as advised by my personal doctor, Post taking diet only I am facing this skin problem due to might food intake low carb, moderate protein, high fat and the same has discontinued from last month and now I am taking insulin 16 ml daily morning and came for regular diebetic treatment. But still I am facing the skin issue. Kindly help to recover from the skin infection. Thanks.
