Skin fungal infection

Asked for Male, 19 Years

I was in some unhygenic condition some time back and got this infection ..as i had this problem in my naval area i could node tell my parents initially i was reluctant but the problem startedto grow and i went to a doctor i was told it was tinea cruris the doctor gave me itralconazole in high doses first with livocetrizine and decreased the potential he gave me clotrimazole cream and then luliconazole i went through this treatment for two months i was alright then i was then discontinued with my doctor evrything was good for a month but today i have seen some new patches vey small about a milimeter in radius again but no itcing ...i am very worried please hep
