Skin discoloration specifically in neck
I had got the chemo done for breast cancer treatment with 7 cycles of TAC in 2012. After that a further treatment of 29 gaiting radiation cycles. After that my neck area and face turned very dark and dusky even though rest of the body returned to its original palor but face and neck remained dark. Now if i see myself in the mirror it is a strange picture of black and white

Consult dermatologist. As it is nearly 5 years post treatment, nothing oncologist can do for skin colour
