You need oral plus topicals. Use a gel based non comedogenic suncreen fpr sunprotection 30 mins before stepping out , reapply every 2,3 hrly if outdoors for long

You need to use anti acne facewash which controls oily skin also. Regular use of sunscreen is mandatory. Photoprotection is needed. Avoid hair oil application  and direct application of any cosmetic agent.
