Skin care problem
Actually I have 25years but I am looking as 35 years old. I want how to get young facial skin. Please give me ayurvedic suggestion or home based.

Skin and its colour is reflection of overall health . Nutritious and balanced diet with regular exercises gives tone to skin also improves  skin  color . So take care of your diet.Avoid spicy oily and junk food. Drink plenty of liquids daily . Take good amount of fibrous diet daily . Practice yoga exercises daily .
