In the late evening, I start feeling cold in body. Body becomes hot to feel, but no fever. But feel cold and the feeling of cold air itself gives me goosebumps. Sugar, thyroid function tests are normal. Usg of abdomen also fine. Pls help

If these symptoms are long standing, then you may neglect it as some people are intolerant to colder climates. However if its a recent change, monitor thyroid functions 6 monthly, and monitor temperature daily. Also look for skin color changes in hands and feet which might indicate an evolving Raynaud's phenomena.
