I have a problem with my penies that the skin at the tip of my penies not yet opened so because of this i feel pain while doing sex with my wife as well my penies not going inside my wife's vegina i have big penies.so should i do operation for removing skin at the tip of penies or any alternative solution is there eg any gel or any tips
