Skin allergy
My skin itches all the time I have a very dry skin. The area goes from redish to black when I itch.continuous itch leads to a wound. From last four months I am getting little red bumps and it starts itching. All over my body. Even my.face. and it can happen anytime but mostly during night time. Few docs suggested me it might b due to dust which I try to avoid. BT this condition is getting worst day by day. Is there something wrong in my blood.

You could be having atopic dermatitis, usually conditions like this would need regular maintainence rather than a cure. Suggest a good dermatologist review with your old notes to make a management and maintenance plan.
