Skin allergy
I have dry, flaky, reddish skin around nose n mouth... it's like eczema.... iam having tis problem for more than 5 yrs... I consulted many doctor. I don't know how to cure

Most probably you are suffering from seborrhoeic dermatitis. This kind of rash is quite recurring. Avoid applying too much if hair oil. Visit any qualified dermatologist in your area. He/she may start you in some sebo static medications and topical antifungals.
