Skin allergy after water park

Asked for Female, 34 Years

I went to water park one month ago. Then I got some rashes on my hand n fingers next day. Itching n redness was there. I took antiallergic. It subsided. Now after a month I am again getting itching n tiny spots on thst area. I am not applying any creams. Not taking any medicines. Is there something serious?? I didn't go to water park again now.
