hello there.
there's what you con consider.
1. drink lots of water.
2. have less oily and spicy foods.
3. wash your face thrice a day with mild soap or facewash.
4. apply clindamycin gel in the night and wash it off first thing in the morning.
5. consult a dermatologist if still persists, you can consider chemical peeling.
