  4. Sir my mom has back and neck pain. Do?

Sir my mom has back and neck pain
She has this pro. Since last year we consulted doctor and he gave medical treatment and some exercise.. These treatment benefited for some time but not permanently. All the tests like MRI and other tests also have been done. What should be do? ? Sir plzz reply
