First of all i will suggest
1.keep everything dry.you will not get rid of any fungal infection if moisture is there.
2.suggest you to use Ebernet oint(eberconazole)

Cream won't give permanent cure. You need take some oral medicine along with cream. Consult a Dr for the course of treatment.
