Sir back pain
Sir back pain in my lower back for two months mir report say - mr imaging of lumbosacral spine digest posterior right for animal and right paracentral discal protrusion at L5/S1 level causing focal canal stenosis with compression on right existing and traversing nerve root. Please suggest me what is my problem

You hadn't talked in detail abt ur complaints like when is the pain, ie while walking, standing or sitting.etc but according to ur mri report it appears u might have lumbar canal stenosis. so u need to do Williams flexion exercises. so consult a good n professional physiotherapist n u will be all fine. cuppingtherapy will help
