Hi,
I am a final year student and going through a lot of stress of career. I remain stressed out, often experience mood swings, feel irritated, disheartened, curse for the wrong decisions in past or some mistakes. Along with this, I have a genetic pattern of baldness in family with all my paternal relatives being bald including my uncles and cousins. My maternal brother is not bald, but his father was. I force myself in a restrained mood not to be irritated, and stuff i wrote above, which has made me more self conscious. The hair fall pattern is forming a curve above forehead. I have improved my diet with taking
vitamin c, doubled my milk intake, lentils and reduced carbs. Started taking dry fruits. I am also having a problem of overthinking. Often while being involved in an activity and someone talks to me, I often cannot hear until I am physically attentive towards them.
Few tips to improve these would help a lot.
