Side effect of sodium benzoate
I've been consuming bottled amla(gooseberry) juice continuously daily for 2 years. It contains class 2 preservatives i.e. sodium benzoate . I've read recently that when sodium benzoate mixes with citric acid it is cancerous. I'm really terrified after reading this. I have stopping taking the bottled juice right away. Can You pls suggest me anything to remidify the intake of this huge amount of preservative for 2 years? Please answer!!

It is better to eat amla fresh from the market. I dont think there is any established way to flush the preservatives since 2 years...but your body must have metabolized it by now.
