Side cheeks and under eyes swollen pain
I traveled in a train, and was exposed to cold ac temp. My side cheeks are swollen and painful. Today morning I have a slight constant headache and tonsils pain on touching from outside. Area around nose and eyes feel stuffy and painful.

Does this happen usually with you on exposure to cold environments or is it the first time? The complaints you have mentioned point towards reactive pharyngitis secondary to rhinitis.
