I think you are probably having gastritis, which can cause chest pain, headache and uneasiness in the stomach. Temp is normal. Take tablet Paracetamol 650mg and Tablet Pan-D 40mg. you will fell better. ALso take meals regularly, non-spicy food, like curds.
