I have been suffering from this shoulder rotation restriction problem from past four months, I went to physiotherapy for almost two months and then there was a bulge ( shoulder to elbow ) part which was very hard initially and then slowly it got smoothened.
Initially there was a pain even for small movement of hand , but now there hand moment and pain is little better due to continuous physical exercises.
Despite these medicine ,physical exercises ,and some physiotherapy.... finally there is no full rotation of shoulder, and no free movement .
Need suggestion regarding this, what to be done for final cure and some sort of surgery required or any other treatment to be followed..?? Please let me know

This sounds like adhesive capsulitis or in simpler terms- a frozen shoulder. Are you diabetic? Please visit an orthopaedic surgeon locally. Also see the frozen shoulder leaflet on dr-MV.com. Dr M Vashishtha FRCS, Bangalore
