I used to play a cricket. when i throw the ball fiercely ,i used to get pain . for a short period of time. after some days,i cant bear the pain. so i went to physiotherapy for 10 days. later i met an specialist and he injected me once for every month for 3 months and popup sound is cured to some extent. but i want to cure it fully..

I feel you have symptomatic Superior Labrum Tear. It is classic history, pain on throw.
You need to consult shoulder specialist orthopedic surgeon who performs shoulder Arthroscopy.
Get MRI of shoulder at best centre with 3 Tesla machine. Share MRI report.

Gentle Shoulder Stretching.
Core Strengthening Exercises.
Gentle Neck Exercises.
Avoid sleeping on affected side..
Warm up and cool down is a must.

I can understand your concern. This could be a SLAP lesion. However a detailed clinical examination by an Orthopaedic Shoulder specialist is recommended.

Which movement of shoulder is causing pain?
Weather only throwing causes pain or even lifting hand overhead or holding object with hands and lifting causes pain?
What Physiotherapy you got in 10 days?
