He has shoulder pain in right side while moving.it is from his childhood they told me.plz suggest and than I will come with him at your clinic.

Hot Fomentation. Gentle Shoulder Stretching. Core Strengthening Exercises. Gentle Neck Exercises. Avoid sleeping on affected side.. Warm up and cool down is a must.

OK do physiotherapy treatment and strength exercises must in ur cause and s x-ray  MRI to know that conditions of bone  and muscle, ligament.

if patient is 21 y old then check his posture and also see laxicity and other shoulder deformity too. after that we plan what treatment is required to him...
