Shoulder pain in upper movement
I have shoulder pain since one month. When i do any upper movement of hand my shoulder make some noise like bones are touching and it create pain. If move the hand round only when my hand go up that time it create pain normally it does not. Do i have shoulder impingement injury.

You need  proper examination, diagnosis and treatment. Its seems to be a impingement syndrome of shoulder. Consult a physiotherapist.

Go to a physiotherapist.. Ultrasonic therapy +IFT +Heating therapy +some strengthening exercises will be helpful for sure.

At home.. Rest +hot water fomentation +pain killer gel +no side lying on same shoulder +no cold exposure +no manual exertions +no weight lifting.

Hi...There can be various causes for shoulder pain, It can be a shoulder impingement or just a tendinitis.Visit a sports physio for a detailed diagnosis and proceed for the mri only if necessary...with the help of some clinical test the physio will help you with the diagnosis...mri is only a confirmatory test and doesn't have to be done always

Yeah, quite. Possible,  u need a. Clinical check up,  and Mri may be. Go and get a check from shoulder expert.

Quite Likely to have Shoulder Impingement. Its logical to try physio for 2 weeks. If it doesn't improve, may need MRI to evaluate further.

Your pain is very recent and not chronic. Most likely can be tightness and swelling of rotator cuff. It can heal with Physiotherapy modalities like Ultrasound IFT combined with proper stretching and strengthening exercises. Good luck
