Shoulder pain
I use to go gym and I stopped because I have right shoulder pain near to join due to that I can't raise my hand suddenly and keep behind my head while asleep. Now this is happening with left shoulder but mild one. Request for suggestions for certain doc to visit n treatment.

This treatment is being suggested on bases of the information provided. However I would like to examine & investigate you  in detail. -Control  Hypertension, Diabetes or any other metabolic disorder, if there is any. -Any way it may be tried, --. Dolokind Plus (Mankind) [Aceclofenac100 mg +Paracetamol 350 mg] 1 tab. OD & SOS. X 5 days. --. Caldikind plus  (Mankind) 1 tab OD x 10 days. -(You may need help of your local doctor to get these medicines.) --. Fomentation with warm water. Let the part not be exposed to cold. --. Sleep on a hard bed with soft bedding. --. Use no pillow under the head. --. Avoid painful acts & activities. -- .Do mild exercises for the affected part. --.(Take help of physiotherapist or you can visit my you tube channel nc gupta me and my yoga). --Do not ignore, let it not become beginning of a major problem. --Do ask for a detailed treatment plan. It may be due to impingement or subacromial bursitis. Do physio IFT/USG massage and scapular and cuff exercises. Consult shoulder consultant

According to ur symptoms, I guess u ha e shoulder impingement syndrome with R without injury to supraspinatus muscle, due to some strain R injury, to rule out usg r mri of shoulder needed if dint subsided to basic treatment,

The most common pain for your age group with gyming and overhead activity is Biceps tendinitis. It hurts with overhead activity and so does Rotator cuff tendinitis, which is less common.

If you cannot keep your hand behind your head it means your external rotation is restricted which could be secondary to pain or mild form of sub acromial impingement
