  4. Shoulder pain. Any remedies?

Shoulder pain
I am having a pain in my left shoulder and neck. Unable to turn my head freely too. Any remedies? Have taken Combiflam but it only reduced my pain temporarily

Hi.. U need to visit Physiotherapist asap as corrective exercises can heal your problem. You may contact me as I am specialised in Spine and Joint pains. Happy recovery
