Hi
I have a pain in my right shoulder whenever I do triceps exercise in gym. pain move to the nerve till elbow joint...it feel like a single nerve is paining from neck to elbow while lifting the weight...
I used to do pull ups and shoulder exercise but don't feel pain...only in triceps exercise this pain occurs..my form is correct as it is under guidance of proper trainer..
Small injury kind of happened when I bowled 10overs continuously on a day..that time I got the pain but that event happened 1.5year ago..still I feel discomfort when I raise my hand up...it seems like for heavy weight my right shoulder is giving me a problem after that bowling incident...also left shoulder is perfectly fine..
