Hi, Sorry to hear about your injury. Shoulder subluxation can be treated by physiotherapy. Labrum tear cannot be healed with Physiotherapy, but with some of the exercises for shoulder it can be managed. MANAGED means- no problem can be faced in future. I think you need to consult a sports physio for this as your shoulder problem can be treated with proper stability and strength exercises. There are many exercises with the use of medicine ball, Gym ball, Thera tubes and force progression for shoulder. Isometric exercises are just in beginning, you need to progress your exercises for better and most important QUICKER results.
Next Steps
Take an appointment with SPORTS PHYSIO who has good experience, as athlete we always think of Return to Play criteria.
Health Tips
Please take proper care of the shoulder until your problem is fixed. Let me know if things work. Best of Luck.
